I'm glad it's better! You just figured out how to send the friend invite. Congrats! I'm not sure how you'd send the directions, but you might try uploading a file by clicking on the white paper icon to the left of the camera icon. That should have you go to the directions file on your hard drive and upload it. That's just a guess--no guarantees :-)
