Okay I finished the sock monkey I had started last summer. I have it done and it is for my daughter's birthday in July. It did turn out cute and was pretty easy. I might redo the mouth. The pattern is from Yvonneknits. She is on ravelry and sells the pattern on Etsy and is under the same name. It was 3.50. I bought it because my daughter was into sock monkey's and I search around to find one just right. Then had to search for the perfect yarn. I have plenty of yarn to do more. I am making a bunny with the yarn now.

Okay, now that's a cute sock monkey... might have to put that in my list for my GD who is wild for monkeys for some reason. She has two "Build-a-Bears"... BOTH are monkeys.

Now that's an adorable monkey. I think the expression on his face (including the mouth) is so cute. Wouldn't change a thing.
