How are your UFOs coming? Show us your progress! Below is one of my poster children for the UFO. It's my Yei Figures bag by Nicky Epstein. It has been languishing for a number of reasons. I will finish it! You probably have some, too!
This new discussion replaces the "Updates on UFO Progress" discussion that seems to be clogging up. Feel free to post to either.
How could he not! But then again, muggles often really don't get knitting or knitted items. Let's hope he is not one of those! It is very beautiful and surely the fact that it was started by your DSIL and finished by you makes it a magical sweater, full of love :)))

Permalink Reply by Mrs. K on November 27, 2011 at 5:41am Oh, yes, I do. But this year I've decided to take a "short cut". I've decided my family has grown so much "well, not the family but the wish list for them) that I've acquired some things for them from the christmas fair we had at our church yesterday. It's not much, but it's home made and just the right thing. I simply don't get everything done in the little time I have left.

Permalink Reply by Mrs. K on November 28, 2011 at 9:59pm That's what I'm thinking, Cheryl & Peggy. And they'll be happy to get the package. Already got various wrapping and funky tags and stuff. It'll be filled in with cookies :)

Permalink Reply by Mrs. K on November 29, 2011 at 11:00am LOL - well, I have to learn a bit or two about wrapping and presenting the gifts. Usually, my presents never make it into a gift wrap - keeping in mind I prefer the recipients to wear their gifts, if possible. But my mom was really good. So I have quite some boots to fill. But I know I'll be fine :)
