Well our main crop of lambs started arriving last night. This means that for the next few weeks I can't start anything that I can't drop at a moments notice. I was thinking "more time for spinning" while hubby was thinking "more time for Julie to catch up on housework". Funny how men and women think differently isn't it LOL.
Congrats on the new lambs... I'm assuming there will be pics... we love lambs around here.
And yes, that's a man for you... I have to straighten mine out from time to time...LOL
What? Housework is a dirty word in more ways than one. Good luck on your new babies.
Ignore the silly man! For the next few weeks you can spin the fiber and welcome the new fiber into the world. Lots of hard work, but definitely worth it. Good luck and share when you can.
How like a man! Why doesn't he think "more time for ME to catch up on housework to help Julie out"!
Congratulations on the babies!
Wow! Where are those "agree" "love" and "funny" buttons again?
We keep looking for those buttons!
No time for spinning or anything else for that matter. There's been 6 new lambs born in the last 48 hrs. Yesterday I was up till 4am waiting for a ewe in labor to deliver. She had twin ram lambs and all are fine.
Boy you have been busy... sounds like a whole new herd is appearing at your place. Can't wait for the baby pics.
And I'll bet you're exhausted too! Yes, pics please.
The spinning will be still be there when the lambing is over. Get some rest.
Wow! Now I feel tired. Get some rest and nourishment for the next round. Do you know how many you're expecting (pun intended)?
I don't do the H-word unless I have to! Spinning is productive. The H-word just has to be done all over again. Best not to waste too much time on it.
