What do you while you knit?
I thought it would be an interesting discussion on what is going on around you while you are knitting. I am working on a lace shawl right now, and I find that influences what is happening because I need to pay attention, but not be confined to absolute silence. So, do you like audio books, TV shows, music, absolute silence?

O, I guess I could share my own ideas :P
I usually watch/listen to TV or listen to podcasts.
I find that silence actually stifles my desire to knit; it becomes more like a chore than fun.
