You loved Lumpy and his merry band of snow-pals in 2008.

Grumpy, the lump of coal, was a big hit last year.

This year we're excited to introduce Fuzzy the Yeti as our free holiday pattern of 2010. Knit with Suri Dream and Palette held double, you can knit a full size plushie, or felt him down to get an adorable tree ornament. You can also knit him in brown and voila! Now he's a Sasquatch!

Do you see a Yeti in your future? If so, post a picture after you've knit him all up. We'd love to see them!!

PS- We've also made the Holiday Elf from last year's Tidings of Joy kit a free pattern through the end of the 2010 holiday season since he's become our official holiday icon this year!

Angela, Thanks for the new patterns...I will definitely be knitting a few elves, if I can work it in... and I'll maybe get to the Yeti (so cute), if I have the time to figure out how to work around those devilish W/T's that KP seems to love to use. I could probably learn to use this technique, but don't like something not quite necessary pushed on me.
I have the yarn for the elf and would like to knit a Yeti. I will have to see if I can squeeze that in.
What did you brush him with?
