I want to see!

I only have a couple so far but yesterday was feeling down, it's been pretty dreary weather wise here for the past several weeks and while we had a lovely Saturday, Sunday was back to grey & rain. So I grabbed my hook & a random skein of WOTA and made myself a Bluebird of Happiness. It made me feel so much better :)

The pattern is a free pattern right here!  I have a thing about birdies, (which Kate teases me about) so I've made a couple of these little guys.

So let's see yours!

So cute Stacey! If you see the sun tell him we need to talk. Hopefully we will have a little less rain today. If not, just looking at your birdie has cheered me up =]
Aww, thanks! I'm glad he cheered you up, I assume you guys up there have been getting the same type of weather! It was just a real downer yesterday after the beautiful Saturday weather we had here!
I will show guys my all time favorite and tell all you newbies that this project looks really hard but just takes basic skills and a bit of attention to detail

.
Beautiful! This is really striking in black!
Love this! Great job :)
Absolutely stunning! I LOVE doing thread crochet, but usually work with white or ecru threads. I think I need to stock up on black thread and make something besides doilies and tablecloths now! Can I ask where you got the pattern for this piece? It is beautiful! Great work! ------------------------------------------^v^
What pattern is this? I would LOVE to make one too. It is sooo pretty!
wow so strikingly beautiful!!!
That is gorgeous, well done x
That little birdie just cheers me up every time I run across him. I should make a flock of them for my desk. (Like it NEEDS any other stuff to sit on it. ;D)
I've had all kinds of trouble putting my squares together for the Babette Blanket. So I just kinda faked it here. I guess trouble is what happens when you have different yarns and crochet hooks. Duh. I don't know why I don't think about gauge with crochet. I just don't "see" the stitches like I do with knitting.

I really like your colors! I think it looks lovely.

I have a hard time reading my crochet stitches too. :) I know it probably comes in time but I'm impatient.
