I finally finished the cardigan, and am ready to block it. Is it safe to block it with steam, or should I only wet block it because of the bubbles and the acrylic content? I do not want to ruin it.

Thank you.

Hi Shirleycat! I wouldn't steam block anything with acrylic in it, because I'm super-paranoid about "killing" acrylic. What I do with cotton and cotton-acrylic blends like Comfy is hand wash (or machine wash on delicate cycle) and then dry on low heat until the piece is just damp, then lay it flat to dry, shaping it as I would if I were blocking the regular way.
