I just picked up a bunch of vintage knitting patterns on Ebay recently too. I'm working on a 1940s romper. It's almost done--just need to do the collar. I took the pattern intended for fingering weight yarn (it appears that just about all 1940s baby patterns are for fingering weight yarn) and converted it to DK weight. I'm making the romper in Knit Picks Cotlin. It's looking pretty cute, if I do say so myself. I'll get a picture when it's done.
